- Terminal preparation, testing, installation and quality control
- Phone and on-site training, eva luation and maintenance
- Continued communication with clientele on proper usage and optimization of hardware
- Decision making and problem solving to make timely assessments and resolution of technical issues
- General customer service and troubleshooting
- Maintenance, operation, and expansion of internal proprietary systems/cloud systems
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Chinese and English required
- Excellent communication skills a must
- Strong IT background preferred
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and patient manner
- Time management and problem solving skills
- Able to work with a team as well as independently
