职位技能要求: The Technical Support Representative is the second touch point of contact for customers when they have issues with First Data services. The Technical Support Representative will provide support using phone, email and relevant web based tools to solve customer issue with First Data POS equipments and services.
The Role:
This individual will work closely with sales and account managers to build working relationships and continue knowledge sharing. The support team is often the most common way our customers interact with us, so it is important to provide top class support with an ability to smile “through the phone”.
• Assist customers and sale agents with technical support for POS equipments and credit card terminals including Nurit, Hypercom, Verifone, Eclipse, Pax, Clover Stations, check services, and wireless terminals;
• Provide technical support for all terminals such as general troubleshooting, reprogram equipment , downloading new applications and training;
• Inspect returned equipment for functionality and possible replacement issues;
• Answer incoming queries from customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
• Bilingual in Chinese and English is required;
• Experience in customer support within technology or digital marketing verticals preferred but not required;
• Efficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Ability to communicate politely in all possible situations;
• Takes pride in providing a high level of service and delivering a consistent performance;
• Thrive in a high paced performance-oriented environment.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented with strong follow-through skills;
• Ability to maintain calm under pressure;
