RE-OPENS THEIR WAITING LIST FOR STUDIOS AND ONE-BEDROOM UNITS.Beginning on November 1, 2018, Centerlight Health Care Systems will re-open their waiting list for studios and one-bedroom units. Apartments at Scheuer Gardens and Scheuer Plaza are available for persons 62 years of age and over or disabled persons who meet Section 8 Federal Guidelines. Apartments at MVP Housing and Park Housing are available for persons 62 years of age and over. Interested persons may obtain an application by coming to Scheuer Gardens, 2540 Barker Avenue, Bronx, N.Y. 10467 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Completed applications must be returned to Scheuer Gardens, 2540 Barker Avenue, Bronx, N.Y. 10467
